Kenneth has over 15 years of experience in the field of accountancy and auditing.\u00a0 He has been providing audit services to numerous Hong Kong and US Listed clients, accumulating a wealth of experience.<\/p>\n\n\n

Kenneth’s clients include companies involved in manufacturing, online direct sales, IT services, property development, gambling business, department stores and professional service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n

Kenneth is familiar with HKFRS, HKFRS for Private Entities, SME-FRS, IFRS, and US GAAP. He also has extensive experience in auditing under PCAOB standards and US SEC reporting rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

He has extensive experience in US listing cases. Previously, he served as a financial controller and company secretary for a licensed money lender in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for overall financial management and company secretarial matters.
