Mr. Li is responsible for the firm's Audit Division, providing audit services to the clients with operations primarily in Hong Kong and China.
Beside the Excellence Assemblage, Kenneth is also an audit partner at a CPA firm registered with the PCAOB, heading the US Audit Department to provide audit services to US-listed clients.
Kenneth has over 15 years of experience in the field of accountancy and auditing. He has been providing audit services to numerous Hong Kong and US Listed clients, accumulating a wealth of experience.
Kenneth's clients include companies involved in manufacturing, online direct sales, IT services, property development, gambling business, department stores and professional service providers.
Kenneth is familiar with HKFRS, HKFRS for Private Entities, SME-FRS, IFRS, and US GAAP. He also has extensive experience in auditing under PCAOB standards and US SEC reporting rules.
TAI, Yat Chung

Mr. Tai is responsible for the firm's Audit Division, providing audit services to the clients with operations primarily in Hong Kong and China.
Beside the Excellence Assemblage, Mr. Tai is also an audit partner at a CPA firm registered with the PCAOB. He has extensive experience in US listing cases. Previously, he served as a financial controller and company secretary for a licensed money lender in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for overall financial management and company secretarial matters. Additionally, he was appointed as an executive director of a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange."
Mr. Tai has over 19 years of experience in the field of accountancy and auditing. He has extensive experience in the provision of assurance services to listed clients.
Mr. Tai is familiar with HKFRS, HKFRS for Private Entities, SME-FRS, IFRS, US GAAP, also has the extensive experience in auditing with PCAOB standards, and US SEC reporting rules.
